Our lives consist of six essential aspects from which we create true
wellness. It is from these six aspects that we are able to create wellness and harmony in our lives.

and encourages regular exercise. It focuses on the source, not only the symptoms of any health issue.
Intellectual wellness involves learning, problem solving, and creativity. It’s a life-long process of embracing new
ideas and learning skills.
Occupational wellness is one’s attitude toward work. It includes
finding balance between work and leisure, and the rewards of using your unique skills.
Emotional
wellness is feeling positive about ourselves and our life. It includes knowing and managing our feelings, relationships, and
stress.
Social wellness encourages taking an active part in your community, feeling comfortable
in social settings, and having control over our social choices.
Spiritual wellness is the
seeking of a higher meaning in our lives. It leads to peace, harmony, tolerance and resilience with life’s challenges.
